Job Title: RF Test Engineer (Active Secret Clearance)

Job Description

Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Troubleshoot RF issues during test of advanced RF modules

• Support technicians with troubleshooting and training

• Analyze test data and identify early trends

• Support program meetings in developing root cause and corrective actions

• Collaborate with design/manufacturing engineering for hardware and test improvements

• Sensitivity to cost, schedule, and quality as well as company policies and procedures is imperative

Hard SkillsExperience with RF Test equipment (o-scope, power meter, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, network analyzer)Familiarity with basic concepts of RF circuit design and troubleshootingCurrent, active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret level security clearanceExperience with automation hardware testingBasic software skills: C-Family Languages, Python, or MatlabNi/Teststand software Experience (preferred but not mandatory)Soft SkillsSensitivity to cost, schedule, and qualityStrong analytical skills for data analysis and identifying trendsEffective communication skills for supporting technicians and collaborating with engineering teamsJob Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s). 2nd and 3rd shift available.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Baltimore, Maryland.

Work Environment

90% of this job will take place inside their RF Testing Lab doing hands-on Hardware Testing. The other 10% will be more Data Analysis, Project Management, and Documentation.
