Are you someone who can:
Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership in Reward.Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with the bank's strategic goals.Provide guidance and support to our Broader Africa subsidiaries, HR business partners and Reward teams on reward-related matters. Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure our reward packages are competitive and compliant with industry standards.Collaborate with the Broader Africa HR and business leaders to design incentive plans that drive performance and align with business objectives.Analyze compensation data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies related to compensation and benefits.Manage the annual salary review process, including budgeting, analysis, and communication.Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compensation and benefits offerings.Participate in compensation surveys and analyze survey results to inform reward strategies.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of reward programs and make necessary adjustments.You will be an ideal candidate if you:
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree, Experience: 5-8 years years of experience within the Reward field. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations and best practices.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Professional certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) is a plusYou will have access to:
