Drive innovation and excellence in reward policies to enhance business performance and employee engagement. **Your day to day:** + Develop and implement global reward models and incentive plans for corporate and reservations teams. + Oversee IHG’s reward infrastructure, including job architecture, salary ranges, and market benchmarks. + Manage annual bonus and merit cycles, ensuring smooth global implementation. + Identify and execute improvements to reward processes, enhancing business impact. + Partner with HR, leaders and employees to ensure understanding and engagement with reward programs. **What we need from you:** + 7 years+ experience in reward role in-house or consulting. + Comfortable managing large, complex, global projects with network of cross-functional stakeholders. + A strong relationship builder able to collaborate at all levels (including leadership) – brings people with them. + Analytical mindset – actively uses data to form insights and build business cases. + Ability to create own direction and use initiative to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in all aspects of reward.
