Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Revenue Operations Specialist located in Dallas, TX or Charlotte, NC. The Revenue Operations Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including channel revenue data analysis, CRM pipeline management and reporting, and optimization of revenue-related projects. They will collaborate with SMB leadership and cross-functional sales and marketing teams to identify and implement sales operations process improvements, support new sales GTM campaigns, and assist with channel revenue forecasting and budgeting.

 

Qualifications

 Strong analytical and data analysis skills  Experience with revenue operations or related field  Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM  Knowledge of billing systems and payment processing  Excellent communication and collaboration skills  Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills  Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks  Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
