Overview

Hire Resolve is seeking a Revit/CAD Technical Modeler for our client in their Cape Town office. The role involves preparing and delivering complex Revit/BIM models and AutoCAD engineering drawings. Candidates will be evaluated based on their skill level, with a skills assessment required upon shortlisting.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to create Revit/BIM models and AutoCAD drawings. Assist with day-to-day BIM workflows and align them with organizational goals. Mentor junior staff on Revit/CAD best practices. Model and produce designs for: Wet-services and drainage HVAC systems Fire and life safety Electrical systems Work alongside engineering teams and report to team leaders. Ensure drawings meet quality standards, checking for design defects. Set up BIM models and create families. Liaise with external project coordinators for BIM-related issues.

Requirements:

Mechanical Engineering qualification or proven relevant experience. 2-5 years of experience in MEP Building services Revit/BIM modeling. Multi-disciplinary MEP experience is a plus.
