Description and Requirements

The Lenovo Reverse Logistics Professional role is a critical member of the Lenovo Services & Reverse Operation.

The Lenovo NA & LAS Reverse Logistics Professional role is responsible for managing reverse logistics and reverse DC operations as well as coordinating with the local 3PL to ensure defective parts process flow through the reverse operations throughout the North America and Latin America region.  Reverse logistics knowledge and strong written and verbal communication skills are required. 


Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Monitoring and managing performance of the 3PLs to ensure they are meeting Reverse KPIs

• Working with POU of parts to 3PL for disposition for flow of part

• Monitoring and managing performance of repair vendors to ensure TAT and Yield are achieved

• Providing resolutions to 3PL for part disposition within the reverse daily operations

• Communicating with external customers to align on parts return process in LAS/NA/CA

• Managing vendor credit note processing/booking through the Finance team

• Providing CSP/GP reverse reporting for point of usage returns

• Managing defective inbound follow up and resolution

• Working with internal customer SDT, to aid in customer response of return parts flow

• OOW/CID Repair billing validations/approvals for payment

• Daily/Weekly interlocks with the 3PL Reverse Team and Management to present/review Reverse Operations Scorecard

• Working with the 3PL to ensure vendor accuracy for parts operation flow from E2E

• Working on system implementation, process alignment, and reverse parts workflow from E2E

• Provide focal/support for new reverse related projects

• Responsible for overall execution of scrap process and follow up



Position Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above

• 3+ years working experience on supply chain reverse operations or related positions

• Fluent Spanish speaking and advanced English speaking skills



Preferred Requirements:

• Outstanding analytical capabilities and familiarity with Excel & PPT, SAP, Power BI experience is preferred

• Ability to work cross functionally in an international environment

• Detail orientated




The base salary range budgeted for this position in CA, CO, Jersey City - NJ, NV, Ithaca - NY, NYC, WA, is $70k - $90k.  Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
