**About the Role & Team:**
As a Mgr-Revenue Management, you’d have a wide range of responsibilities related to the price each guest pays to sail. This includes dynamic pricing, yield management, revenue planning and forecasting, and inventory control.
The Mgr-Revenue Management reports to the Sr. Manager-Revenue Management and leads one Revenue Management Analyst.
**What You Will Do:**
+ Develop and implement yield management and stateroom inventory strategies
+ Increase prices for select sailings and stateroom categories based on demand
+ Uncover trends and actionable insights from Tableau visualizations and advanced analytical tools within the Revenue Management System
+ Assemble presentations for VP/SVP levels, including opening pricing for inventory releases three times per year
+ Develop and maintain monthly revenue forecast; communicate causes of change for rate and volume metrics
+ Provide revenue drivers for Long-Term and Annual Operating Plans
+ Partner with the Contact Center, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to ensure support of revenue initiatives while prioritizing the guest experience
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 3 years of relevant analytical experience
+ Ability to simplify complex analytics into recommendations that are easily understood and executable
+ Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
+ Ability to work in a team environment with a positive demeanor
+ Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision
+ Familiarity with revenue management and yield management concepts
+ Proficiency in acquiring, organizing, and cleansing data, including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Master’s degree in a quantitative field; MBA or equivalent
+ Revenue Management or other analytical experience at a cruise line
+ Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
+ Passion for Disney Cruise Line product offerings
**Education**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or equivalent field.
