About the Role & Team:

As a Mgr-Revenue Management, you’d have a wide range of responsibilities related to the price each guest pays to sail. This includes dynamic pricing, yield management, revenue planning and forecasting, and inventory control.

The Mgr-Revenue Management reports to the Sr. Manager-Revenue Management and leads one Revenue Management Analyst.

What You Will Do:

Develop and implement yield management and stateroom inventory strategiesIncrease prices for select sailings and stateroom categories based on demandUncover trends and actionable insights from Tableau visualizations and advanced analytical tools within the Revenue Management SystemAssemble presentations for VP/SVP levels, including opening pricing for inventory releases three times per yearDevelop and maintain monthly revenue forecast; communicate causes of change for rate and volume metricsProvide revenue drivers for Long-Term and Annual Operating PlansPartner with the Contact Center, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to ensure support of revenue initiatives while prioritizing the guest experience

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of relevant analytical experienceAbility to simplify complex analytics into recommendations that are easily understood and executableStrong attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to work in a team environment with a positive demeanorDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervisionFamiliarity with revenue management and yield management conceptsProficiency in acquiring, organizing, and cleansing data, including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in a quantitative field; MBA or equivalentRevenue Management or other analytical experience at a cruise lineExperience with data visualization tools such as TableauPassion for Disney Cruise Line product offerings

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or equivalent field.
