• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align revenue strategies.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to adapt to market changes and implement strategic actions.

• Fluent in English and Turkish.
