Launching agile rates to existing G3 hotels (+ produce training/guideline materials)
Opera Cloud (inventory workbooks + IDeaS process)
Revenue Management Center of Excellence (RMCE) projects
General admin tasks:
Creating/removing accesses to STR, IDeaS, email groups, Lighthouse etc..
Enroll new hotels with STR and IDeaS order forms
Review of MHFlow articles and write new ones
Hotel code SOP
