Position: Revenue Growth Management Internship

Location: Onsite at our Bedford, NH office

Duration: 3-months (full time May 2025 – August 2025) 


From your PASSION to ours 

Reporting to the Associate Manager, Revenue Growth Management, you will assist with driving revenue while ensuring spending efficiency. To do so you will:

Identify key insights and provide actionable recommendations for funding opportunities with retail customers. Support ROI projects and other customer investment analysis. Lead a cross-functional project to achieve strategic goals. 

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

Analyze customer data to identify market trends and provide actionable recommendations to achieve sales objectives. Align customer needs with internal budget constraints and organizational priorities.Partner closely with the Retail Sales teams in the field and cross-functional headquarters teams, including Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance.Partner with Demand Planning and Brand Marketing to contribute to the forecasting process for Lactalis.

Hands-On Experience

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Retail Sales, Sales Strategy, and Finance.Assist conducting ROI analysis for top customers and provide recommendations to key stakeholders.Contribute to forecasting and demand planning processes.

Practical Skills Development

Develop strong analytical skills through customer data analysis and market trend identification.Exposure to sales fundamentals, commercialization strategies, and project management.Exposure to company financials and customer specific “P&L’s.” 

Professional Growth

Enhance strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Support category and portfolio strategies.

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:

Currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate degree program.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data from various sources to identify patterns and trends that lead to actionable insights.Critical thinker with a strategic mindset.Experience in developing strategies to address business challenges and opportunities.Ability to use data, critical thinking, and persuasive arguments to influence key stakeholders, including retailers, on category initiatives.Familiarity with the 4 C's and how to leverage them (Category, Consumer, Customer & Company) and 4 P's (Product, Price, Place and Promotion).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams and leaders at all levels.Proven success in cross-functional teamwork, collaborating toward shared goals.Curious and eager to learn new concepts and skills.Can-do attitude!
