REVENUE ANALYST - CONRAD MALDIVES RANGALI ISLAND

Revenue Analyst role\- to support Commercial Director \( **CD** \) tomaintain accuracy and enhance the Revenue Management systems and practices of the property to increase the daily productivity of business results & of the team\.
**What will I be doing?**
As Revenue Analyst, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
+ Manage and coordinate wholesale agent incentive documentation and tracking in coordination with Sales team and Finance\.
+ Management of SIP \(Sales Incentive Plan\) and system updates to be done on a timely manner in preparation for approval of CD, Director of Finance and the General Manager\.
+ SOW \(Share of Wallet\) management and communication for on property documentation submission to regional after CD’s approval\.
+ Evaluation of results and production of tactical and promotion in collaboration with RMCC\.
+ Revmax up\-selling management and timely submission to corporate/regional after approval from CD\.
+ Periodic data reporting preparation for CDs approval and Director of Finance consolidation for regional/corporate submission
+ Control and Management of brochure contribution and wholesale promotional activities
+ Tactical promotion tracking and management such as validity tracking, extension planning and preparation of tactical flyers for all relevant markets after being provided with information from the SM or CD\.
+ Administrative work to support the overseas sales team in preparations for sales meetings/calls while liaising with the Executive Secretary to the GM on travel authorizations and expense claims
+ FAM trip management based on SOP setup and communication with all relevant departments, also able to carry out site inspections in absence of sales manager \(including driving a buggy\)
+ Responsible for filing, office supplies, preparation of client presents and give away supplies \(e\.g\. ordering, inventory\)
+ Maintain and update the MICE tracker list with all MICE/Wedding enquiries and ensure that traces are set for follow up calls in order to proactively pursue the booking\.
+ Log all RFP and lead activities in Delphi and use this to build a database of worldwide event planners/potential future clients\.
+ Prepare necessary Sales/Event Reports as assigned by SM or CD and attend periodic meetings and take minutes to share with the team\.
+ Ensure credit policy is adheres to with all bookings and all monies are received in the correct time frame\.Highlight every issue immediately to Director of Sales/Finance Director/CD\.
+ Undertake “Special Projects” as assigned by the SM or CD\.
+ Managing and maintaining group and transient inventory controls:
+ Weekly distribution of site inspections, entertainments and FAM trips to hotels\.
+ Preparation of PowerPoint presentation for Sales activities based on customer needs\.
+ Support CD and Sales team in preparation and drawing up of company contracts for the hotels in accordance with the Third Party Distribution policy and current business strategy and price / market conditions\.
+ Coordinate any required administrative work in terms of reporting of figures, account forecasts and drawing up account development plans within the timeframe and the quality expected\.
+ Support the sales & commercial team with tasks such as minute taking, vacation planning, identifying new accounts and leads, administration and more of such supporting sales operational tasks\.
+ Provide critical analysis of strategies, room statistics and demand factors:
+ Review end of month rooms statistics reports including FMS, Monthly Revenue Management Reports, STAR, HILSMART, Key Hotel Marketing Reports, Report of Operations, and provide critical analysis on performance vs\. forecasts and results of implemented strategies
+ Complete weekly booking pace reports and analysis on pace, recommending strategy changes when needed\.
+ Analyze past and present trends and make recommendations for future strategies\.
+ Competitive and Demand Analysis:
+ Review all competitive shops on a consistent basis \(at least once per week\) and identify selling strategies and market trends\.
+ Review Demand calendars, convention calendars and city event calendars to keep abreast of all demand generators\.
+ Maintain historical data on events and performance on any promotions during these demand\-generating events\.
+ Supportive Functions:
+ Ensure all related reports are accurate and consistent\.
+ Ensure that all revenue management related systems are maintained, including: Opera RMS, Opera FMS, Hilstar and Opera PMS, Delphi\.
+ Maintain an organized and clean work area and hotel environment\.
+ To maintain a high guest service focus by approaching your job with the guests always in mind and being proactive in a timely manner towards their needs and requests\.
