Volt is immediately hiring for a Returns Good Authorization Processor in Lake Forest, CA, $21-23/ hour

\r\n\r\n

As an RGA Processor you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tWork with Technical Support staff to review the accuracy, pull more customer contact information, may need to request a new order as appropriate.\r\n\tPrepares FedEx shipping labels for shipping and return label processing using a Zebra FedEx Parcel printer.\r\n\tPrepare and upload commercial invoices onto FedEx Ship Manager.\r\n\tUpdate annual pricing via FedEx Ship Manager.\r\n\tAct as the liaison between the company and vendors to coordinate the shipping of returns and work with 3rd party shipping companies.\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is a Full Time Opportunity

\r\n\r\n

Schedule- 8:00am-5:00pm

\r\n\r\n

The Ideal candidate will have:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tTyping speed 65 wpm, 10 key by touch; alpha-numeric.\r\n\tExcellent data entry and proper handling of keyboard typing\r\n\tFedEx Ship Manager and UPS Worldship Software.\r\n\tMust have 1-2 years of shipping parcel orders, office experience, and order processing.\r\n\tBasic proficiency in MSWord, Excel, and Outlook.\r\n\r\n\r\n

Pay Rate: $21-23/ hour

\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
