The Retirement Services Account Manager role requires management of a large book of business, more than 5 years of experience in an Retirement Services Account Manager role, and advanced designations. The Retirement Services Account Manager will provide a high level of investment support and customer service to clients within the group 401k and retirement space. The position requires a significant degree of independent judgment and discretion in order to meet those service levels. The Retirement Services Account Manager is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with other internal and external business partners.

Opportunity to collaborate on sales opportunities while gaining knowledge to become experts in fieldOpportunity to work fully remoteProvide mentorship and leadership to other team members, contributing to the growth and development of books of businessOpportunity for upward mobility and advancement opportunities across AssuredPartners!  What You'll Do Strategic management of assigned book in conjunction with Producer to understand client's business and assist in developing retirement programs and initiatives that support the client's goals and objectives; Coordinates and ensures a smooth transition process for new customers Developing, leading, and maintaining strong client relationships while demonstrating ultimate ownership and accountability for the relationship.Delivers enrollment, benchmarking, financial and utilization data based on financial review standards and make recommendations as appropriate Identifies opportunities for adding other lines of coverage or services Educates clients concerning the regulatory environment and assists clients with compliance issues as necessary Acts as project manager by clearly communicating and collaboratively guiding the account team to execute customer specific initiatives which deliver unique value through the execution of client specific business plans, service timelines, and corporate communications Coordinates detailed plans and preparations for client meetingsCoordinates and actively facilitating Investment Review and Annual Plan Review meetingsResponsible for analyzing investment architecture and providing appropriate alternatives Ensures accuracy of all agency management systems information for marketing, benchmarking, and other purposes Updates on-going activity in agency management systems Maintains relationships with internal and external business partners and carriers Supervisory duties may be assigned.  Other duties as assigned  What's in it For You?
