POSITION SNAPSHOT + Title: Retirement Plan Consultant + Department: HB Retirement + Location: Pittsburgh, PA + Responsibilities: service current Retirement clients, manage defined contribution plan activity, adhere to government regulations, plan provisions, and company policies + Compensation: competitive salary with bonus opportunities, comprehensive benefits, sizable time-off allotment, 4% 401(k) company match + Additional perks: Tuition reimbursement, student loan relief, flexible work arrangements, paid holidays POSITION DETAILS Expect your typical day as a Retirement Plan Consultant to be focused on the following initiatives: + Client Facing Support: Serve as main point of contact for existing HB Retirement clients + Client Management: Manage daily activity for clients’ defined contribution plans and assist in the preparation of client plan reviews + Compliance: Maintain compliance requirements, such as government regulations and plan provisions + Investment Insight: Deliver quarterly investment performance analysis and articulate firm recommendations to Retirement Committees.
