The position offers an exciting challenge and career opportunity for someone with a proven background within retirement fund consulting looking to join an established team with a market leading insurance broker.
This is a full-time role and you must be able to attend the office a minimum of 3 days a week including Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday.

Consult to a portfolio of clientsProvide appropriate advice, excellent client service and project management to ensure the smooth running of the client baseEstablish strong relationships with key decision makers, management committee members and service providersEnsure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are on file and services align with their termsDevelop an annual year plan for each client and adhere to deliverablesReview agendas for management committee meetings and ensure distribution in line with SLAAttend management committee meetings and other ad hoc meetings as requiredReview minutes of meetings and ensure that they are distributed in line with SLAAction matters arising from meetings timeouslyReview and present risk and administration re-marketing exercisesNegotiate with insurers/service providersIdentify cross-sell and up-sell opportunitiesEnsure timeous response to queries from colleaguesUpdate internal management systemsAttend regular team meetings with team to discuss workflow and problem areasCoach and develop of junior team membersAssist in formulation and implementation of best practiceWhat you need to have:
Experience in a retirement fund consulting roleClear and concise oral and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office tools (or equivalent) – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerpointRE 05 (Representatives Exam) - PassedFAIS compliantWhat makes you stand out?
