POSITION SUMMARY: 

We are looking for a Retail Transformation Implementation Specialist (Operations) that will work with instructional designer to design training programs to meet specific retailer needs for process or technology training and implementation. Training can be delivered in a variety of ways such as e-learning, virtually, webinar or classroom.  This role will also lead change management initiatives associated with technology-based projects. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Delivers training and change management programs to retailers (ARO & CORO). Engage with internal (Cottage Grove) stakeholders and Retailers to identify key training requirements to support project initiatives.  Retail technology and process implementation support for retail projects. Ensures retailers are following standard operating processes for each retail technology and sharing best practices with retailers.  Working with internal teams to help ensure consistency and compliance of training materials, onboarding process, change management and support for retailers.  Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

 

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor’s degree. 7 years of end user technology training experience. 5 plus years of OCM experience. Willingness to travel to retail location 10% - 25%. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent ability to create presentations, communicate with senior leadership and the broader retail network. Process oriented mindset. Strong influencer/leadership skills.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

·         5 years operations experience

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
