Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Operate heat press hardware to produce player jerseys and complete custom requests when these are needed. + Track and transfer inventory in POS software system as needed to support business needs. + Ability to work various time shifts to support business needs for events and non-events. + Ability to work in a store environment as needed and to work within warehouse environment to support all facets of the business. + Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or other requests. + May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization. + Perform other duties as assigned.
