Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Retail Sales Team Members to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. As a Retail Sales Team Member, you will be responsible for managing all transactions while providing excellent guest service.

Responsibilities Greet guests, answer questions, and assist whenever possibleProcess sale with point of sale system and bag merchandiseMaintain records related to salesRoutinely stock merchandise and maintain back-stockVerify amount of bank at beginning and end of each shiftQualifications Previous experience in retail or customer service environment preferredAbility to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentAbility to accurately handle money and count changePhysical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 25 poundsAbility to stand for entire length of shiftAbility to climb stairs and step stool frequentlyVisual acuity sufficient to distinguish merchandise and operate point-of-sale systemShift Details
