The Role:
We are seeking an Analyst for our Merchandising team to primarily support our Retail Media Program as well as our core Merchandising function. This role focuses on managing and expanding our pay-per-click (PPC) program for our marketplace brands as well as site analytics related to our Brands and Merchandising initiatives. You will provide key data-driven insights and performance recaps to brands, assist with campaign management by offering strategic insights to help optimize campaigns for better results. Additionally, you will also provide site analytics related to sales, brand metrics, brand cadence, category insights, conversion and other initiatives related to the merchandising team.
What you’ll Do:
PPC Campaign Management:Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, ensuring campaigns are on track and aligned with client goals and KPIs. Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and provide actionable insights on campaign performance. Deliver regular data recaps and performance reports to brands, including recommendations for optimizations. Campaign Optimization:
Continuously monitor campaign performance, adjust bidding strategies, and targeting criteria to maximize ROI and meet brand partner objectives. Client Communication & Support:
Serve as the main point of contact for brands and internal teams, providing updates, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in campaign management and optimizations. Market & Trend Analysis:
Stay current with industry trends, retail media updates, and best practices to ensure campaigns are leveraging the latest strategies and technologies. Cross-Department Collaboration:
Collaborate with our Merchandising team to execute and analyze overall site performance based on brand performance and content and support team with general reporting and analytic needs.

Bachelor’s Degree Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, data analytics, or PPC campaign management. Familiarity with retail media platforms and PPC campaign tools is a plus but not required. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or similar data analysis tools. Experience in creating and interpreting reports, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex data to clients in a clear, concise manner. Confident and persuasive presentation skills. Outstanding Collaboration / Teamwork Skills Self-starter who is highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a high-energy, fast-paced and dynamic environment.Expected Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000
