About the role

Retail Marketing Creative & Design lead will oversee the installation, care, and maintenance of visual merchandising displays in retail environments. This role ensures that projects align with company standards and guidelines, meeting the needs of local teams, vendors, and regional requirements. The role also involves coordinating and managing subcontractor teams to ensure high-quality and timely execution of projects.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution: Plan and execute retail display projects tailored to specific market and retailer needs, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and brand guidelines.Team Coordination: Brief global and local design teams on retailer, marketing, and market requirements, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals.Vendor Management: Coordinate closely with general contractors, store fixture vendors, and subcontractor teams to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or delays.Reporting and Evaluation: Present and report on fixture production and vendor evaluations to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.Regional Support: Act as the primary contact for LATAM fixture vendors and production, assisting the Care & Maintenance and trade teams with installation and maintenance solutions.Strategic Participation: Participate in Center of Excellence (CoE) and Retail Marketing  meetings, contributing to the development and refinement of retail projects.Training and Development: Lead informational sessions for staff regarding delivery dates and installation plans, ensuring that all team members are informed and prepared.Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to CoE processes and suggest new vendor solutions, staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.Vendor Onboarding: Research and onboard new vendors regionally, expanding the network of reliable and high-quality suppliers.About youBachelor's degree in industrial design, Architecture, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in production facilities or as a Project Manager with General Contractor.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and advanced proficiency in Excel.Proven experience as an active and high-performing member of a team.Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Willingness to travel frequently, supporting regional and international projects.Detail-Oriented: Pays close attention to detail, ensuring high-quality execution of projects.Effective Communication: Communicates clearly and effectively with all stakeholders, including team members, vendors, and senior management.Technical Proficiency: Proficient in engineering programs (AutoCAD, Rhino, SolidWorks, 3DMax) and 2D design programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Hands-On Experience: Enjoys working on store installations and in production facilities, with a practical understanding of the retail environment.Public Speaking: Speaks confidently and articulately in front of groups, leading training sessions and presenting project updates.Analytical and Creative Thinking: Demonstrates the ability to think both analytically and creatively, solving problems and generating innovative solutions.Time Management: Manages time efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.Team Player: Works well with a team, fostering collaboration and mutual support.Independent Research: Can conduct independent research, staying informed about new trends and technologies.Benefits
