About the role

As part of the Bathroom Life team in Taren Point, you’ll support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.

Hours:
Week One: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm, Saturday 9am - 4pm
Week Two - Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm

Your day to day
 

A typical day will involve:

Assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom productsCreating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phoneUsing our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to lifeVisiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationshipsKeeping the showroom running smoothly and safely

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customersMight not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and growIs comfortable with a computer and is happy to learn new systemsIs open to working various shifts, including weekendsWants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office (we love to promote people from within)Has a Car Licence
