Your Role: As the Retail & Community Engagement Manager, you will:\n\nExtend a warm welcome to guests, guiding them through our offerings and helping them discover new favorites.\nOversee the creation and stocking of daily baskets, shelves, and displays, while providing personalized shopping assistance to our guests.\nCultivate partnerships with local schools, realtors, title companies, and other community entities to support Knead Dough Fundraiser events, coordinating with the Home Office to ensure seamless execution.\nLead and facilitate store events and classes, collaborating with store leadership and the Home Office to guarantee that these initiatives are successful, embody our brand, and deliver outstanding customer service.\nSupport restaurant operations as needed and contribute to management meetings with valuable insights and strategies.\n\n

Who You Are: The ideal Retail & Community Engagement Manager will have:\n\nA proactive \"can do\" attitude, with the ability to actively engage with guests and confidently address their needs.\nA background in customer service or retail, with at least one year of experience preferred.\nA thorough understanding of compliance with food handler and sanitation regulations at all governmental levels.\nThe flexibility to work various shifts, including peak lunch hours, Saturdays, and extended hours during the holiday season, as well as availability for Thanksgiving and Christmas breaks.\nYou must be at least 18 years old to qualify for this managerial position.\n\n
