Our HR team will connect with you to get to know you better and to share the Maisons values and culture. Then, you will be meet with our Retail Excellence Manager and Learning & Development (Retail) Manager to assess your suitability and the opportunity to find out how Tiffany & Co. can help you to succeed. For the next round, you will meet with our Market Director and Retail Excellence Director who will share on a broader perspective, focusing on companys goals and your potential impact on the companys strategic objectives. You will then meet with our President to discover more about yourself and the House of Tiffany.
