Hire Resolve’s Client, a leading Investment Management Firm, is seeking a knowledgeable Retail Business Support Analyst to join their team in Cape Town. As a Retail Business Support Analyst, your main responsibilities will include providing technical and functional support for retail systems, identifying and troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and operations, to gather business requirements, analyze system functionality, and ensure that the retail systems meet user needs. Additionally, you will provide training and support to end-users, assist in system testing and documentation, and contribute to the overall success of the retail operations.
Requirements: Previous experience as a Business Support Analyst within the Investment Management industry Strong knowledge of retail systems and processes Experience in analyzing and troubleshooting retail software applications Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Experience with system testing and documentation Knowledge of retail operations and merchandising Proficiency in relevant software and technical tools Benefits: Salary: R500K/yr – R650K/yr, negotiable Training & Development Performance Bonus Health Insurance
