This role is responsible for coordinating complex print production projects, managing multiple substrates and installation applications from start to finish. You will ensure all graphic production stays organized, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with other teams at SKECHERS. Additionally, you will support the End-to-End space planning process and serve as the primary point of contact for all Seasonal Graphic Rollout.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-
Coordinate Bi-Annual Graphic Rollouts: Assist with the planning and scheduling of graphic rollouts for all international and concept company-owned stores, with a strong focus on Excel-based tracking and reporting.
Support Planogram Creation: Assist in the preparation and updating of planograms for high-profile store locations, ensuring brand representation is maintained and visually consistent.Continuous Planogram + Graphic Rollout Improvement: Help refine and streamline the planogram and rollout process, ensuring updates are accurate and regularly made.Maintain Planning Documentation: Manage and update all relevant department planning documents, including calendars, planograms, marketing sheets, and all related resources.Create Graphic Rollout Guides: Assist in the creation of clear, actionable marketing guides to ensure stores can easily follow the Graphic Rollout steps and directions and maintain consistent execution.Update Standards Manual: Maintain and update the graphic portion of the standards manual.Monitor Corporate Mock Store: Maintain and update the visual displays in the Corporate Mock Store, ensuring consistency with actual store graphics, POP, assortments and pricing.Administrative Support: Compile all meeting notes, manage departmental calendars (including work-back schedules and windows), and assist with other clerical tasks as assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSBILITIES-

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, retail management, or a related field.Experience: 2+ years in a corporate or retail environment, preferably in administrative or support roles.Retail Support: Experience in retail operations, merchandising, or space planning is a plus.Documentation: Strong skills in preparing, organizing, and managing reports and printed materials.Budget & Cost Management: Ability to track budgets and provide cost estimates to meet financial and quality standards.Computer Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; advanced Excel skills required. Basic knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.Attention to Detail: Strong numerical and budgetary awareness, with a focus on accuracy.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reports, updates, and presentations.$25-$30/HOURLY
