Restoration Technician
**Job Title: Technician** **Job Description** The candidate will be helping with demo and cleanup work of vacant homes after a natural disaster. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience with carpet cleaning, water/fire/smoke damage, and mold remediation. However, we are willing to train the right individual. **Responsibilities** + Assist with demo and cleanup of vacant homes after natural disasters + Learn and perform tasks related to water/fire/smoke damage cleanup and mold remediation + Operate a variety of hand and power tools + Provide exceptional customer service + Communicate effectively with team members and clients **Essential Skills** + Willingness to learn disaster demo and cleanup processes + Customer service oriented + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written + Experience using a variety of hand and power tools **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Great attention to detail + Enjoy cleaning and seeing the end results + Effective oral communication with basic math and computer skills + Experience in cleaning/restoration is a plus + Valid driver’s license + Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly **Why Work Here?** Great local company offering competitive benefits.
