Restaurant / Project Manager
Responsibilities will include: Administrative duties such as going through monthly financials and reports and overseeing stock takes, ordering, efficiencies and staff Events - setting budgets, timelines and implementing  Front of house hosting - act as Manager on the floor during events and on busy weekends, create a team spirit and lead and motivate the team, check on customers and orders ensuring highest quality standards and customer satisfaction Crisis management - making the correct decisions for the company as issues arise and putting in place strategies with staff and procedures to best suit the company   Requirements: Hospitality experience essential Must be aesthetically driven - must have a strong understanding of style, decor and presentation of events and dishes Must have good leadership qualities and be able to delegate effectively Not afraid to try new things Understands that things need to happen quickly in this fast-paced environment Excellent people skills to ensure customers are always satisfied Must be able to stay calm in stressful and pressured environments
