Job Summary: As a Dining Room Manager/ Assistant Dining Room Manager, you would be responsible for schedules, overseeing training for their seasonal staff, and providing excellent guest service by actively assisting in the dining room. As an Assistant Cafeteria Manager, you would be responsible for schedules, overseeing training for their seasonal staff, and providing excellent guest service by actively assisting in the quick service and fast casual operations. Responsibilities Assistant Food and Beverage Manager Reports directly to the Food & Beverage Manager and helps establish and maintain the overall tone of the operation with strong communication skills while providing mentorship and necessary follow up with team members. Dining Room Manager Oversee the daily operations of the dining room. Managers are responsible for schedules, overseeing training for their seasonal staff, and providing excellent guest service. At times, they may also assist with bussing tables, delivering food to a table, assisting with side duties or helping at the host stand during service hours. assist in the scheduling and coordination of all side-work for all dining room personnel. Assistant Dining Room Manager Reports directly to the Dining Room Manager and assists overseeing the daily operation of the dining room Provides excellent guest service in an efficient manner and handles any issue that may arise with our guests. Assist in the scheduling of all dining room personnel. Assistant Cafeteria Manager Oversee the daily operations of the cafeteria. Managers are responsible for schedules, overseeing training for their seasonal staff, and providing excellent guest service. At times, they may also assist with clearing tables, cashiering, assisting with side duties or helping at the service line during service hours. Qualifications Previous management or supervisory experience. Ability to analyze and react to budgetary situations. Ability to creatively problem solve and select a course of action. Ability to teach and motivate employees and supervisors to accomplish goals. Ability to organize and prioritize workload and follow-up with specific time lines. Ability to communicate in a positive, efficient manner, and hold individuals accountable for their responsibilities. Certification in the TIPS alcohol awareness program is required. Workshops will be provided if not currently certified. Must be ServeSafe Manager Certified. Workshops will be provided if not currently certified. Physical Requirements include: Must be able to stand for long periods of time, approximately 8 hours. Must be able to walk for long periods of time.
