\nAs a Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for managing restaurant operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Restaurant Manager would also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nOversee the day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and adherence to high-quality standards.\nManage food cost controls to contribute to Food and Beverage revenue.\nEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.\nLead, train, and inspire a multicultural kitchen brigade, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and innovation.\nConduct regular performance reviews and support team members' growth and development.\nEnsure the highest level of guest satisfaction through exceptional service.\nCollaborate with the Culinary team to tailor experiences for special events and themed dining.\nRecruit, manage, train and develop the Restaurant team\nManage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner\nWork within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food and Payroll\nDrive sales to maximize budgeted revenue\nDevelop menus with other members of F&B team\nAccountable for monthly stock takes\nIncentivize team members to maximize sales and revenue\nSet departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures\nEvaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement\nEnsure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated\nBe environmentally aware\nAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships\nComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation\nWhat are we looking for?

\n\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in a high-end or luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or an equivalent setting.\nProven track record of managing a food & beverage service team in a fast-paced environment.\nIn-depth knowledge of food & beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory control, cost management, and beverage section with a focus on Asian cuisine and beverages. \nStrong understanding of food and beverage trends, guest preferences, and cultural sensitivity in culinary practices.\nFormal food & beverage training or equivalent certifications.\nExceptional leadership and organizational skills.\nStrong creativity and passion for service innovation.\nAbility to manage stress in a high-pressure environment.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nKeen eye for detail and commitment to quality.\nAbility to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings\n\nWhat will it be like to work for Hilton?
