To ensure a professional and profitable operation within the framework of the HotelWith the hotel training manager, identify training needs and develop and deliver the required training for department employees to meet the needs of the business.  Support the training of Departmental Trainers to continue to improve hotel service levels, and implement a daily departmental training programTo achieve departmental budget goals by maintaining profits through increased sales revenue and the efficient cost expenditureTo accurately forecast business demands to ensure efficient staffing & food productionTo ensure the efficient scheduling of Management & Associates in the outlet, and to be responsible for the accurate supervision of the associate time control system.To be responsible for the execution of all Associate reviews and appraisals in a professional and timely mannerTo train managers and supervisors in effective “coaching and counseling” and the correct process of progressive disciplineTo be responsible for maintaining outlet safety and sanitation standards at all timesPromote positive inter-departmental relations through candid communication and cooperationTo work closely with the Banqueting department to support all requested functionsAbove all, to lead by example through a “hands on” approach to motivate our Associates to excel

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Hotel Management or other related fieldsPrevious experience in a Food & Beverage/Fine Dining Restaurant operations leadership roleThai & English language proficiency, both verbal and writtenPassion for leadership and teamworkEye for details to achieve operational excellenceExcellent guest service skillsFamiliarity with Thai cultural practices and nuances to enhance service quality and guest experiencesComputer literate and proficient in InfoGenesis & Microsoft officeGood interpersonal relationship with positive attitudeHard-working and able to work under pressure
