Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to provide exceptional guest services and handle customer inquiries effectively.
Fluency in English language is a must, Armenian language preferred.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
Must be able to work evening shifts.
