Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or relevant coursework preferred. Experience: Minimum of 4 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service w/bar environment. Skills: Full-service restaurant management (with bar experience), proficiency in MS Office and POS systems, and strong organizational abilities. Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work with executives and diverse teams, and a proven track record in conflict resolution.
