Requirements:
Previous experience in a Restaurant Floor Manager role or similar position. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, cost control, and customer service. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle customer concerns or complaints. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures. Reside within White River or the surrounding areas.
