Responsibilities Collaborate with dining room, service, and kitchen team members to keep track of all orders, monetary situations, and charges, validating methods of payment, completing transactions, and providing accurate change, documentation and receipts, and dispense the accurate amount of if neededCount money in cash drawers at the beginning of shiftsScan items and ensure pricing is correct, resolving discrepancies and processing paymentsClean up checkout area and keep organized; keep receipt paper and other stationery stockedMaintain accurate tabs on restaurant tables’ orders using the venue’s primary point of sale systemQualifications 

Previous cash handling experience

Excellent guest service skills

Basic math skills; ability to accurately count change and balance bank

No high school diploma or GED requiredShift Details

Holidays
Monday to Friday
Weekends
8 hour shift
Overtime as needed
