Responsibilities Maintains cleanliness and proper sanitation of the dining room and outside patio areas, surfaces, furniture and equipment. Busses tables and places dirty dishes and linens in appropriate areas. Ensures cleanliness of tables and chairs and completes set up for next guest use. Gathers and removes trash as necessary. Responds timely to guest requests in a friendly manner. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Requires excellent communication skills to work with guests and team members with ability to work quickly in a fast paced environment. Should enjoy working with people and food; experience or diploma not required, customer service experience is a plus. Demonstrate excellent time management skills, set priorities and quickly respond to changing needs.Physical Requirements Requires ability to lift and carry 35 pounds.Ability to lift and balance heavy food trays and bus bins while navigating seating area. Will stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop and squat repetitively for the entire length of shift, with some stair use. Exposure to and use of chemicals used to clean and sanitize areas and equipment.
