You make sure our guests enjoy their drinks worry-free! + **Closing time?** Be sure all alcohol is safely stored and that the bar is set for the next day’s service. **What We’re Looking For:** + **Bartender experience:** Got at least 6 months of bartending experience? You’ll feel right at home here! + **Hospitality background:** Bonus points if you have prior hospitality experience—bonus points for bartenders who are masters at multitasking. + **Education:** A high school diploma or equivalent is required. + **Certifications:** Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications are a must, or be ready to get certified within the first 60 days. + **Tech-savvy:** If you’ve worked with Micros operating systems before, awesome! If not, we’ll teach you. **Physical Requirements:** + Lift at least 50lbs occasionally (maybe that’s just a heavy keg or a stack of glassware!). + Regularly lift 10lbs—nothing you can’t handle! + You’re on your feet, walking, bending, and squatting during your shift.
