You will be responsible for safeguarding their players and business operations.

  Main Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for all RG-related inquiries. Manage RG cases and oversee internal RG communication channels. Monitor player activity and proactively engage with players. Communicate with at-risk players via email and phone. Maintain direct communication lines with players. Compile RG profiles for player accounts. Follow up on player activity after RG interactions. Develop and enhance company RG procedures. Handle market-specific responsibilities.   Desired Experience & skillset Over 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry, ideally with a background in Responsible Gaming or Customer Service. Fluency in both German and English. Strong command of spoken and written English. Empathetic and compassionate nature. Sharp attention to detail and the ability to analyze data impartially. Outstanding communication skills.
