Resource Planner

The successful applicant will be responsible for planning and assigning of client facing staff, through consultation with management of the business, to specific client engagements.

 

Key Responsibilities

Plan and assign Assurance staff on assignments using Retain software system Liaise with staff and Directors / Managers regarding staffing and handle all queries thereof. Ensure that all jobs are staffed effectively Source staff for Assurance managers - Local & National. Leave management for all staff in the group. Implement & follow all operational processes, including bi weekly operational meetings. Engage with Resource Planners locally, nationally and across Service Lines re: opportunities and potential secondments for Assurance staff Reporting: planned vs. chargeable analysis, timesheet summary, individual month to date and year to date productivity, etc. Monitor register of unassigned staff and facilitate their assignment to clients Major clients: Directors, Commercial Senior Managers, Senior Managers and Managers

 

Qualifications & Experience

Administration Diploma (preferable). 3 - 5yrs administration experience in a corporate / professional services project environment.

 

Skills & Behavioural Attributes

Project management or co-ordination skills. Sound organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong time management skills. Good admin skills. Strong on MS Excel. Team player. Proactive Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. • Objective (confident in handling conflict management issues). Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
