Job Description

Who We Are: We are assembling a top-tier creative studio team dedicated to a visionary client in the renewable energy space. Our client is at the forefront of transforming the energy industry, and we are committed to supporting their mission with innovative and impactful creative solutions.

What You’ll Do: As our Resource Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our creative operations, ensuring seamless project flow and optimal resource allocation. Your role includes:

Leading Resource Assignment: Be the first point of contact for incoming briefs, collaborating closely with the Head of Creative Studio.Studio Scheduling: Work with project managers and leads to refine project scopes, set goals, and oversee daily priorities.Freelance Management: Handle third-party and freelance processes, from sourcing talent to negotiating rates.Efficiency Optimization: Utilize project tools and data to enhance studio performance, providing monthly reports and insights.Performance Monitoring: Ensure the team is working at full capacity, managing leave and back-up cover.Process Creation & Implementation: Develop robust studio processes and partner with creative heads to execute them.Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to define project deliverables and milestones.Upholding Best Practices: Lead by example, ensuring all processes are followed and continuously improved.

QualificationsProven experience in resourcing within a busy agency or client-side environment.Expertise in managing multiple briefs and stakeholders.Experience in BTL campaigns and workflow management across creative, strategy, and design.Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.Proficiency with Project Management Software and Resourcing tools (StoryTeq experience is a plus).A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to last-minute changes.A network of talented creatives and production contacts is desirable.
