Resource Energy & Transition Sector Leader (Oil and Gas Sector)

Resource Energy Transition Sector Leader is a Capgemini Business Services business leader that runs a portfolio of industries in RET (Oil and Gas) sector. This individual needs to have a deep industry knowledge of the industry and ideally have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in sales leadership level successfully managing revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include:

PL (KPI Performance Metric Management):Managing and report Booking, margin, revenue and DOR metrics for the specified sectors. Also working closely with delivery team on existing accounts to drive account growth and manage executive communications and relationships.Sales support:Hiring and managing a sales team as well as selling to key executive clients.Key Executive Communication:Strategy development and execution for key sub industry verticals; develop marketing strategy with Business Services marketing team for industry clients and thought leadership.Forecast Management:Manage the Sector forecast process to BSV Americas leadership and RET Business Unit for Business Services.Account Management and Alignment:Working in partnership with the Business Unit (RET) to define focused accounts and alignment strategy. Develop a coverage model to support those accounts/opportunities.Performance metrics:Meeting individual and team targets for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales conversion rates, customer satisfaction levels, and call handling time.

Required skills:

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)Strong listening and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesProficiency with CRM systems and computer applicationsAdaptability to different client needs and processesBasic understanding of sales techniques (for sales-oriented roles)
