Residential Conveyancing Solicitor We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join a thriving team in Edgbaston. Primary Responsibilities Include: Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion; including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, new build, right to buy, retirement, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions. Processing cases in a timely and cost-effective manner. Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders. About the Person: To be a successful candidate for this role you must also have the following attributes, skills and experience: Have experience of managing your own caseload. Have exceptional client service skills, going above and beyond client expectations. Be organised and process driven. Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact to the practice. Committed to providing an excellent standard of client care. Be IT literate with experience of using a web-based case management system. Understanding the importance of communicating with clients, solicitors, and introducers.
