Conveyancer-Northampton We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor to join a thriving team in Northampton. Key Responsibilities of this role: Conduct residential conveyancing matters adopting the standards and systems of the firm and using the Case Management system. To effect financial control over all matters under his/her supervision including (but not exclusively) achieving and exceeding targets, write-offs, lock up, anti-ML checks and all post-completion matters including file closure and archiving. The appropriate candidate should have a proven track record of handling a wide variety of files including transfer of equity, sale, purchase, land purchases, remortgages and equity release Manage a team of conveyancing support staff. Additional requirements of this role: Effective business development skills Ability to mentor and provide training for the team if necessary Employment Type: Full-Time, Office-Based. It is essential that the candidate be able to demonstrate previous experience (at least 4+ years) & knowledge of working in a Fee Earning Conveyancing role in a Residential Conveyancing Department and that they have the skills required to undertake this role.
