We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate leader to join our team in Dubuque, IA. You would have the opportunity to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential-based supported community living program. This job supports and carries out the client plans & aspects of the implementation of person-centered services and provides supervision and leadership of assigned DSP's. This position is responsible to the department director in developing and providing strategic business direction for RBSCL services. **Position:** Full-Time **Schedule:** Full-Time Exempt, Salaried Position + **Office hours:** Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed) + **On-Call Rotation:** Required + Includes weekends, some evenings, and some holidays. **Responsibilities:** **-Lead and supervise** a team of RBSCL Direct Support Professionals (RBSCL DSPs). **-Mentor, train, and foster** team cohesion. **-Collaborate** with case managers and clients to ensure exceptional care and support. **-Contribute** to strategic business direction under the guidance of the department director. **Requirements:** - Free from a conviction or prior employment history of child or resident abuse or dependent adult abuse. - Be at least 18 years of age. - Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university in social work, human services or a related field. - Prior experience working with children with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities preferred. - Valid driver's license, proof of personal vehicle insurance meeting agency policy, ability to be approved as an agency driver. - Complete required initial and on-going training as identified in Iowa Administrative Code and agency training policies. **Why Join Us:** This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities.
