Job Description

We are seeking a Residential Accounting Coordinator to assist with all financial and accounting matters related to our residential ownership program.  This is a high exposure position.  It involves working with our Residential Operations and Finance leadership teams.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are strategic, have strong business acumen, good communication, and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of accounting principlesAbility to meet deadlinesExcellent attention to detailAble to work independentlyStrong communication skills; ability to write concisely and in a professional mannerWorking knowledge of Microsoft OfficeBachelor’s degree in Accounting or minimum of two year’s bookkeeping experienceStrong desire to expand responsibilities and grow professionally

Main Responsibilities

The Residential Accounting Coordinator reports to the Assistant Director of Finance, Residential and is involved in all financial aspects of the residential ownership program, including owner billing, capital projects, monthly accounting to unit owners, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting.  Responsibilities for this role can expand in accordance with the individual’s abilities and skills.
