This practice provides an opportunity to apply the theoretical foundations learned in the classroom to practical experiences in the operation of one healthcare organization.  The candidate will witness the CentraCare’s mission and observe the application of organizational strategy, structure, systems, staff and style that work together to accomplish that mission.

Schedule: 

Full-time 80 hours every 2 weeks Monday-Friday 8a-5p Temporary position starting the end of May 2025, lasting 12 weeks Onsite at St. Cloud Hospital

Pay and Benefits:

Starting pay begins at $40,393.08 per year and increases with experience Salary range:  $40,393.08 - $60,610.99 per year Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate Benefits available: casual PTO plan, wellness reward points, 401(k), employee assistance plan, and employee discounts! 

Qualifications:

Recent graduate or enrolled in Master of Healthcare Administration program.

Core Functions:

Completes special projects for Administrator’s as assigned. Administrative rotation through various care centers and support services within St. Cloud Hospital. Exposure to key strategic and business development initiatives within the organization. Attendance at various senior leadership and administrative meetings within both strategy and operations. Assists with special events and tours. Special projects to be determined.
