The resident engineers must be experienced and trained in Windows OS, Desktop, laptop and mobile device, troubleshooting, simple LAN troubleshooting. They shall:
Pick-up and log all service desk calls, update ticket status and resolution steps via ITHUB. Handle Service Requests and incident tickets. Example: File Access, Password Administration , hardware & software installation, network and telephone connectivity/set up, diagnostics, troubleshooting and problem resolution。Analyse and resolve incidents which including liaising with vendors providing level 3 support as required.Investigate root cause; test recommended solutions and resolution.Document resolution stepsSupport Microsoft M365office, Explore, common commercial- off-shelf desktop applications, Remote access ,desktop imaging and new computer& software deployment service requests for password administration, printer, hardware ,LAN and IPT diagnostics, special desktop application related release. New equipment and software may be added to the support scope as required Promote effective use of technology on supported devices Desktops and software installed on desktopsLaptops and software installed on laptops Printer, scanner, projectors and Multifunctional PrintersVideo & conference tools(software)Telepresence/Teleconferencing Room systems Support Conduct training and workshops on:IT Technical tips and best practices for end users (Quarterly)Security awareness of end users(every 6 months)Coordinate and support annual exercise Based on VIP supporting process to provide service to VIP customers.Conduct Inspection ServiceInspection all devices and update the status to CMA CGM APAC IT team. Inform CMA CGM APAC IT team any potential risk and kick off standard service process after CMA CGMIT team’s approval.Preparation, setting, backup, locking, etc. of computers, IT equipment, software, data, accounts related to the entry and departure of CMA CGM APAC staff.Cleaning and tidying up of the equipment.As part of any recruitment process, we collect and processes personal data relating to job applicants.
