A well-established client of ours is currently looking to employ an experienced Resident Engineer to join their team of professionals in KwaZulu-Natal.

Key Requirements: BEng | BSc | BTech Civil | Structural Engineering Advanced Knowledge of AutoCAD | Civil 3D Pr Eng | Pr Tech will be advantageous 10 Years’ Experience in Project Supervision on Civil & Building Projects Key Responsibilities: Liaising with Clients as well as preparing contractual documents in conjunction with the client Knowledge of contract administration and coordination Experience in construction monitoring and civil engineering works Ability to review contractor drawings and ensure conformity with design requirements Issue site instructions to the contractor on behalf of the client Submit payment certificates to contractors
