Job Description

Supervise all activities of the project and ensure full compliance with project plans and specifications. Oversee inspection personnel and ensure all reports, documentation, and payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

ResponsibilitiesSupervise all project activities ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.Oversee inspection personnel and maintain high standards of quality control.Ensure accurate and timely processing of all reports, documentation, and payments.Essential SkillsBachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.Professional Engineer (PE) certification.5 years of construction management experience, particularly with government agency projects.3 years of experience as a resident engineer.Project management skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with NYC Department of Design and Construction (NYCDDC) projects.Experience working on NYC PARKs projects.Work Environment

The position is based on-site for NYC PARKS projects. Employees can choose between working four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days. The work environment involves direct engagement with infrastructure and construction projects, providing a dynamic and hands-on experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/hr.
