This Leader will be highly visible to students, staff, and clients and must possess the skills to manage a fast-paced campus dining operation with a focus on operational excellence. This is a high-profile executive food management position that will support and manage various projects in food service operations; resident dining, retail, catering and summer conference services. This role requires the ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution to ensure that day-to-day decisions drive results in the direction of the overall business strategy.

Our successful candidate will be client focused with a demonstrated history of 5+ years of experience leading large, complex multi-unit operation in a university setting, strategic leadership, exceptional financial acumen, project management, effective talent management and team development.

What You Bring

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have: 

3 - 5 year work history in upper level food management, leading multiple managers within a high volume complex campus dining operation  demonstrating strong leadership skills and a passion for culinary and operational excellence and process improvement and a high-level of customer service.experience with Resident Dining and internal and national branded food concepts (ie: Starbucks, Qdoba, Einstein Bagels, Chick-fil-A, etc);high volume and high profile catering experience, including summer conferencing management;demonstrated experience in project management from inception to completion when it comes to developing new programmatic offers and construction projects;

Budgeted Target Salary Range for this opportunity is:  $100,000 - 125,000

Qualifications & Requirements
